Very cozy home with off street parking. Many amenities. Perfect for two people. Comfortable bed in large upstairs dormer-type room with large closet. Appreciated provided hangers. Quiet, very walkable neighborhood. Short drive to several grocery stores and less than a mile to downtown shopping, restaurants, and landmarks. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We were looking for a lake-side family experience and at Sara's we were blown away with the natual beauty surrounding her family home, with the perfect # of beds and outdoor seating our family of 9 needed!!! We loved all the comforts of home that Sara had prepped for us and allowed us to use from her family shed of fun! We cooked out, we played lawn games, we swam and enjoyed the clean and beautiful Bow Lake!! Our grands loved hearing the lovely Loon bird calls, and taking pictures of the devine sunsets!!! Loved our time and can't wait to come back!!! Highly recommend Sara's place for families with kids of all ages!!!

Great place to stay; peaceful, safe and felt like home. House was as described on Airbnb....great location too. I highly recommend this place for anyone on vacation or business in New Hampshire. Looking forward to staying here again.

La description des lieux était juste et parfaite. L'appartement a bien répondu à nos attentes, pour notre petite famille. Désolant de voir qu'on devait tout mettre au poubelle, alors que la majorité auraient pu être recyclés. Nous y allions pour profiter des plages de la côte Est....Nous avons visité la plage d'Ogunquit, difficile d'accès, peu de stationnement, il faut arriver tôt. 40$/journée. Crâne Beach, il y a un immense stationnement et la plage est très belle, pas de grosse vague et le sable était doux et fins. Parfait pour les enfants en bas âges. 35$/journée. Hampton Beach était tout aussi belle, endroit touristique nous y avons été bien accueilli. Le stationnement est facile d'accès en avant-midi. Attention au prix, pour la plupart c'était 40$ les jours achalandés. Mais le stationnement de la plage offre un prix compétitif à 20$. Les jours plus calme, 10$ et le paiement par carte est facile et très rapide. Tous de magnifiques plage à voir et revoir. Nous reviendrons!!

The location is perfect and feels like a family lake house. My group had amazing time. The kitchen was spotless and stocked with essentials. Lots of seating to enjoy views of the lake. Sarah was always responsive and accommodating would go back! Check in and check out supper easy.

Sara was very responsive, kind and sweet. We had to cancel our booking mid trip due to issues with above tenant. Would not suggest to bring children or those who are loud as the upstairs tenant was sensitive to noise. Sara worked with us until we were able to get other accommodations and was supportive to our needs. Her home has beautiful aesthetic and plenty of room.

I could not have been more pleased with my stay at this location. I was looking to get away to do some writing and planning, which meant 90% of my time was spent on property. This location was *perfect.* I had everything I needed, felt at home immediately, and enjoyed every minute of my stay. As a bonus, it's so close to downtown Concord that it was easy to get anything I'd forgotten. Also... I visited in summer and the AC was perfect! I am very much hoping to book this place again!

Very comfortable place. Easy to find, easy parking, very very cozy. Loved the coffee bar! And we had a very restful nights. Sara was very easy and responded very quick. We will stay here again.
