We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home near downtown Concord. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive (or walk) to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout our stay. Sara’s place was the perfect place to stay. It’s so clean, cozy and spacious. Also love the little ways she made it feel comfortable like board games, ear plugs by the bed and workout equipment. Such sweet little things to add to an already great apt :)

We had such a lovely stay in Concord! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing trip. Parking was super convenient, which made things even smoother. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive. She went above and beyond to help return my phone that I accidentally left behind. Her kindness and quick communication made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. It was exactly what we were looking for and Sara was very responsive to my messages. It was our first experience renting an Airbnb and we were a bit nervous, but Sara made everything so easy and we won’t hesitate to do it again!

Sara’s place was comfortable and spacious. The living room was a cozy place to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the water filter, seltzers, and oatmeal. Sara was responsive via the app. Our only complaint was that the bathroom was stuffy since the vent wasn’t working. Otherwise it was a five star stay!

It was perfect for what we needed. Sara was also super helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and cooking utensils in the kitchen. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area in the future :)

We were looking for a lake-side family experience and at Sara's we were blown away with the natual beauty surrounding her family home, with the perfect # of beds and outdoor seating our family of 9 needed!!! We loved all the comforts of home that Sara had prepped for us and allowed us to use from her family shed of fun! We cooked out, we played lawn games, we swam and enjoyed the clean and beautiful Bow Lake!! Our grands loved hearing the lovely Loon bird calls, and taking pictures of the devine sunsets!!! Loved our time and can't wait to come back!!! Highly recommend Sara's place for families with kids of all ages!!!

The location is perfect and feels like a family lake house. My group had amazing time. The kitchen was spotless and stocked with essentials. Lots of seating to enjoy views of the lake. Sarah was always responsive and accommodating would go back! Check in and check out supper easy.
